职 位：Assistant Manager (Outsource Accounting Department)
LehmanBrown is a China-focused accounting, taxation and business advisory firm, combining years of international expertise with practical China experience and knowledge, offering expert advice and support to both local and international clients.
•Report to team manager of accounting outsourcing service department
•Assist manager to review and supervise monthly bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax calculation and filing
•Communicate and coordinate with clients on above monthly accounting service related issues
•Ensure that the accounting and finance processes are effective, concise and efficient with adequate internal control in place to support daily operations
•Review and optimize current financial related policies and processes for the purpose of efficiency improvement and risk control
•Assist in developing business processes in related to accounting, financial and taxation. Ensure completeness and sound efficiency of financial accounting procedures i.e. cashier, cash collection and payment processing
•Advise management on potential tax compliance issues
Qualifications & Skills
•Degree holders with a minimum of 6 year's relevant accounting experience, preferable gained from international and sizable foreign investment enterprises and joint ventures;
•CICPA, ACCA or other recognized professional accounting qualification preferred;
•Good knowledge of Yongyou (Ufida) system preferred;
•Professional English presentation is required;
•Good communication skill;
•ERP system experience is statutory, for example YongYou, Oracle;
•Proficient computer software skill, especially excel.
